Payment Terms and Conditions:
- Reservation Confirmation: To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. Your reservation will be considered confirmed upon receipt of this deposit.
- Deposit Amount: The deposit amount and payment instructions will be provided at the time of booking. When you book with us, a $200 deposit secures your event date on our calendar. This deposit is non-refundable as it means we commit to your event and turn down other potential bookings for that day. We understand plans can change, so if you need to choose a new date, please be aware that a new deposit will be required, and the original deposit will not be transferrable to the new date. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to be part of your special day!
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your booking is due on or right after the event date. Failure to make the final payment may result in the a late fee assessed. (see below)
- Cancellations: Any cancellation of your booking will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit.
- Changes to Reservation: If you need to modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
