- Reservation Confirmation: To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. Your reservation will be considered confirmed upon receipt of this deposit.
- Deposit Amount: The deposit amount and payment instructions will be provided at the time of booking. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your booking is due on or right after the event date. Failure to make the final payment may result in the a late fee assessed. (see below)
- Cancellations: Any cancellation of your booking will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit.
- Changes to Reservation: If you need to modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Late payment terms and conditions:
Please be advised that in accordance with our company’s policy, a late payment fee of $150 will be assessed for any payments not received within 7 days of the due date indicated on the invoice. This fee is applicable to all accounts without exception.
To avoid this late fee, we strongly encourage all of our clients to make payment promptly. If you anticipate any difficulty in paying within the 7-day period, please contact our billing department immediately to discuss potential arrangements.
