Booking & Pricing

We book events on a first-come, first-served basis, so the sooner you reserve your date, the better. Booking as far in advance as possible is always recommended — especially during busy seasons.

That said, we can sometimes accommodate super last-minute events if our schedule allows, so feel free to reach out and check availability!

Our pricing is based on your event's guest count, duration, and location. We offer customized packages starting from $895. Contact us for a personalized quote tailored to your specific needs!
Yes, we require a 200 dollar deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due after the event. We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and PayPal.

To secure your event date, we require a deposit at the time of booking. Once your deposit is received, your date is reserved exclusively for you and removed from our availability calendar. We often turn away other inquiries for that same date.

Because of this, all deposits are non-refundable.

However, we understand that circumstances can change — especially with outdoor events and weather. While deposits cannot be refunded, they may be transferred to a new available date if:

  • Severe weather impacts your event

  • You need to reschedule for unforeseen circumstances

  • The new date is mutually agreed upon and available

We’re happy to work with you to find a new date whenever possible.

Setup & Logistics

We need access to a standard 20-amp electrical outlet within 50 feet of our setup location, and a space of approximately 8' x 6'. We bring everything else - tables, equipment, supplies, and a friendly team!  You can see more details about our power requirements here.
We typically arrive 60-90 minutes before your service time to set up. Breakdown takes about 30-40 minutes after service ends. We handle everything so you can focus on enjoying your event!
Yes! Our setup works great both indoors and outdoors. For outdoor events, we just need a level surface and protection from direct rain (a tent or covered area works perfectly).
Our equipment can produce up to 1,200 mini donuts per hour! This ensures even large events can be served efficiently with no long wait times.
Yes, we are very self contained and provide all the tables and linens needed for our setup. For outdoors, we can also provide our 10x10 tent/canopy.

Toppings and Addons

Our standard donuts are dusted to order with either  Cinnamon Sugar or  Powdered Sugar. We have a an optional add-on toppings bar with a variety of drizzles and goodies.
Absolutely! Every single donut is made live, right in front of your guests. That's the magic of Mike's Mini Donuts - warm, fresh, and made to order. Your guests can watch the entire process!

We’re happy to offer vegan and gluten-free donuts as a special-order option through our trusted suppliers. Because these items must be ordered in advance, we do require additional lead time and may not be able to accommodate last-minute requests.

All of our ingredients are nut-free unless we're adding special requests.

Yes! That's part of the fun. Guests can choose their own toppings from our option DIY toppings bar  to create their perfect donut combination. It's an interactive experience that everyone loves.

Event Types

We cater all kinds of events! Weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, school events, festivals, grand openings, holiday parties, baby showers, and more. If you're celebrating, we want to be there!
We're based in Los Angeles and serve most of Southern California including Orange County, San Diego, Ventura, and beyond. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
Weddings are one of our specialties! We can serve as a late-night snack, dessert alternative, or cocktail hour treat. Our setup can be customized to match your wedding aesthetic, and we coordinate directly with your venue and wedding planner.
We've done events for as few as 5 people and as many a 3000 people! We don't have a minimum guest count, but if it's just you, that might be too many donuts!
