Our goal is to make booking easy and deliver a fun, memorable experience for you and your guests.

Booking Our Services

When you request a quote or book an event with Mike’s Mini Donuts, we’ll work with you to confirm details such as:

• Event date
• Location
• Guest count
• Service time

Once those details are confirmed, your event is officially reserved.

Event Requirements

Our setup is designed to be simple and flexible. For most events we just need:

• A reasonably flat space to operate
• Access to a standard electrical outlet (20A)
• Enough room for our donut setup and service area

We can operate indoors or outdoors and will coordinate any logistics ahead of time so the event runs smoothly.

Guest Counts

Quotes are based on estimated guest counts. If your guest count changes, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Our goal is always to make sure everyone gets donuts.

Timing

Our standard service window is the time agreed upon during booking. If you need additional time, we’ll do our best to accommodate whenever possible.

Cancellations

We understand that plans sometimes change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to work with you on a fair solution.

Safety

Our equipment is designed for professional event service and is operated by our trained team. For safety reasons, guests should not operate or handle the equipment.

That said, we’re always happy to let guests watch the mini donut magic happen!
